It took me more than one attempt to watch this.  The first time around I could not stand the childishness, the sexism, the blatant stereotypes played out so many times over in what seems to be every anime.  But I did give it a second chance and I was thoroughly pleased. The stereotypes run rampant and Meliodas would be a detestable person in real life as much as Princess Elizabeth but I rather enjoyed the silliness coupled with awesome fights and feeling of danger.  I never 100% felt that a character was safe and would survive on.  And to my utmost surprise, a twist ending actually did get me and I was not able to guess it first hand. Though another twist was blatantly obvious.  I would rate this show as a three and a half due to the multiple attempts and stereotypical characters. I much look forward to season 2.  Review coming soon!
