I am an avid reader though I could never live up to my idol, Lorelai (Rory) Gilmore! So being the connoisseur of young adult literature that I am, I have decided to begin reviewing the books I read or have read.

Many of these are not new.  I am a used bookstore and library sale shopper. Many of these will be familiar and old news to you but maybe you would like to compare opinions!

I will begin by rating a book on a 5 star scale.  Each star will represent a specific requirement:

       1. Did the book keep my attention through it’s entirety?
       2. Did the story stick with me or stay on my mind even when not reading or after finishing?
       3. Was the story/plot original?
       4. Were characters fully developed and relate-able?
       5. In my completely biased opinion:  Would this book make it on my favorites list?

Every yes earns a star.

My goal, one review per month at least. Will it happen, I so hope. Here come the reviews! :)
